In 2026, Apex negotiated nearly $25mm in total signing bonuses, 4th most of any agency.

Over the last decade - Apex has negotiated over $150mm in Draft Bonuses, with over 50 clients picked on day 1 of the draft-unrivaled  success for an agency of its size.

With a focus on client needs, and a small, concentrated overall class, Apex continues to be the premier and dynamic mid-sized agency.

While each player, pick, and family has unique priorities, Apex Baseball’s draft process, led by Adam Karon and Tripper Johnson, works to maximize the financial, developmental, and personal opportunities for every client. Over the past decade, Apex has negotiated more than $125 million in MLB Draft signing bonuses, delivering results that reflect each player's individual value and long-term goals.

With multiple Day 1 Draft picks, Apex Baseball continues to prioritize each player's individual needs while securing the best possible outcome both financially and developmentally.

Over the past 11 MLB Drafts, more than one-third of Apex draftees have been selected in the first five rounds, and 1 in every 6 Apex clients has become a first-round pick. Our focus isn't on representing the most players—it's on helping the right players maximize their opportunities.
